Responsibilities (How you will contribute):
- Develop, implement, and support data integration workflows across multiple sources.
- Build and improve data visualization tools/dashboards.
- Develop statistical and predictive models to support biotherapeutics process development and data-driven decisions.
- Independently analyze complex datasets to find insights, anomalies, and improvements.
- Partner with scientific/technical teams to define data needs and align on analysis approaches.
- Present findings and technical updates in meetings/reviews.
- Troubleshoot data/software/analysis issues and recommend improvements.
- Act as a technical resource/trainer; support knowledge transfer via external collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BS (8+ years) / MS (6+ years) / PhD in Data Science or related field.
- Experience as data scientist/analyst supporting scientific or process development.
- Strong data integration/cleaning across multiple sources.
- Strong data visualization (dashboards/reports) for technical audiences.
- Experience with statistical/ML/predictive modeling for scientific/process data.
- Understanding of biotherapeutics process development/biopharmaceutical data (lab/manufacturing).
- Ability to analyze complex data independently and communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with lab/process/manufacturing systems generating/managing scientific data.
- Ability to support junior team members and drive data-driven process improvements.
