Data Scientist

Role: Senior Data Scientist in Biometrics and Data Management, focused on advancing and maintaining data science platforms for clinical research. Responsibilities: develop, validate, deploy, and scale analytical tools; collaborate with clinical scientists, biostatisticians, and data managers to create robust data-driven solutions; build production-grade software ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability through best practices including CI/CD. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related; 8+ years of experience with extensive hands-on software development in Python or R; strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data visualization; proficiency with GitHub; proven software architecture and validation skills. Preferred: advanced degrees (Master’s/Ph.D.), experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI solutions.
