Research Opportunity
- Develop a multi-agent AI platform to help scientists access, analyze, and integrate diverse biomedical data for drug discovery and development (e.g., biomarker discovery, human genetics interpretation, omics analysis, literature synthesis, translational evidence), using a human-in-the-loop workflow and enterprise governance/compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate scientific AI agents into an enterprise agent platform; operationalize domain-specific agents, workflows, and knowledge assets for biomarker discovery, translational research, human genetics, and multi-omics.
- Build and evaluate high-impact multi-agent AI translational medicine use cases across biomedical data sources.
- Collaborate with platform/engineering teams to integrate agents for interoperability, scalability, and compliance.
- Partner with scientists, data scientists, and engineers to translate research needs into reusable AI-enabled workflows.
- Establish evaluation and governance frameworks (benchmarks, validation, responsible deployment practices).
Essential Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline completed prior to start date (intended for recent PhD conferred in 2026).
- Demonstrated scientific achievement (publications, presentations, patents, or equivalent).
- Strong commitment to learning, innovation, and professional development.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience applying AI/ML/computational biology/data science to biomedical research with interest in translational medicine/drug discovery.
- Familiarity with biomedical data modalities (e.g., human genetics, multi-omics, clinical trial data, biomedical literature) and interest in regulated environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $87,000/year; comprehensive benefits (health, life, disability), 401(k) with company contribution, and time-off.
