Data Product Manager, CMC Digital

Role: Data Product Manager responsible for leading the prioritization, definition, and delivery of data products and AI use cases within Moderna's CMC organization. Objectives include translating operational challenges across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain into governed, scalable data solutions that add ongoing value. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end data product definition, governance, quality standards, and driving adoption within workflows, ensuring solutions are production-ready and compliant with GxP regulations. They will collaborate closely with SMEs, engineers, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, define ownership, and ensure operational viability. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Data Science, with 4+ years in regulated industries such as pharma or biotech, and 6+ years in data, analytics, or digital solutions supporting production workflows. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical systems (e.g., Veeva, SAP, LIMS), data modeling, cloud data platforms, and GxP compliance is essential. Preferred skills involve experience with LIMS systems, data transformation tools, medallion architecture, AI workflows, and data governance.
