Data Movement Platforms Administrator (Hybrid) — Corporate Center, Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize core data movement/integration platforms: IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), Aspera, Axway B2Bi.
- Ensure secure, reliable, high-availability messaging and file transfer services.
- Automate operational tasks and provide expert troubleshooting/root-cause support.
- Lead platform lifecycle (upgrades and new deployments).
- Configure secure partner data exchange using SFTP, FASP, and AS2/AS3/AS4.
- Implement security controls (firewalls, DMZ, SSL/TLS, key-based authentication).
How You’ll Succeed:
- IBM MQ administration (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades; manage queues/channels/listeners).
- Integration flows and data transformation with IBM ACE.
- Administer managed file transfer/high-speed transfer (Aspera) and B2B gateway solutions (Axway B2Bi).
- Develop automation scripts (Bash/PowerShell/Python) for monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 15+ years administering enterprise messaging/data movement platforms.
- 10+ years hands-on IBM MQ administration.
- Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
What You Should Bring:
- Deep expertise in IBM Integration Suite (IBM MQ incl. MQFTE; IBM ACE).
- MFT and high-speed transfer experience (e.g., Aspera).
- B2B gateway/protocol expertise (Axway B2Bi; SFTP, AS2/AS3/AS4).
- Linux and Windows server administration.
Schedule/Travel:
- Tue/Wed/Thu onsite; Mon/Fri remote; 12:00 pm–9:00 pm EST; weekend on-call rotation; <5% travel.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Anticipated wage: $126,000–$224,400; eligible for company bonus; comprehensive benefits including 401(k), insurance, vacation, flexible benefits, leave, and well-being benefits.
