Data Governance & Quality Engineer

Role: Data Governance & Quality Engineer focused on establishing trusted, governed commercial data assets within Agilent's analytics ecosystem, supporting scalable analytics and AI initiatives. Responsibilities: develop metadata management, define governance standards for Customer Master Data, oversee data catalog content, and ensure data quality through profiling, monitoring, and issue resolution; collaborate with cross-functional teams on data platform adoption (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake); act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on data governance, quality, and digital transformation. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field; 8+ years in Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Quality; strong SQL skills; experience with enterprise platforms like Power BI, Snowflake, SAP, CRM; familiarity with data catalogs, lineage, stewardship frameworks, and modern analytics architectures; excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
