Data Engineer/Assoc. Commercial Data Architect

Role: Data Engineer / Associate Commercial Data Architect within Incyte's US Business Analytics team, focusing on designing scalable, governed data solutions that support commercial strategies and revenue growth. Responsibilities: translate business needs into data architecture, document solutions, develop data models supporting KPIs, and manage datasets related to sales, customer, and pharmaceutical data; collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, market access, and finance; ensure data quality, standards, and governance; and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: 3+ years in data roles; Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; proficiency in SQL, cloud data platforms (preferably Databricks or Azure Synapse), and data modeling (star schema, lakehouse patterns); experience with commercial pharma data sources such as IQVIA Xponent, 867, and specialty pharmacy feeds; strong documentation and communication skills.
