Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze US customer master data across data domains to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
- Support the US Customer MDM product team with data-driven insights for backlog prioritization, feature enhancements, and defect resolution.
- Perform data profiling, root cause analysis, and impact assessment for data quality issues affecting downstream systems (CRM, analytics, USDF, CIAM).
- Define, monitor, and report on US-specific data quality KPIs, thresholds, and trends; partner with Data Governance and Stewardship teams to drive remediation.
- Collaborate with US business stakeholders, GTMC teams, and country operations to understand customer data usage, pain points, and reporting needs.
- Translate business/operational questions into analytical requirements, queries, dashboards, and recurring data quality/operational reports.
- Support US market onboarding, enhancements, and releases by validating data readiness, conducting UAT data checks, and supporting go-live.
- Validate source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, matching rules, and survivorship outcomes with Data Engineers and Architects.
- Ensure US Customer MDM data complies with local regulatory, privacy, and consent requirements (with Privacy, Legal, Compliance).
- Contribute to US-specific data standards, reference data, and stewardship process adoption.
- Support change management with clear data insights, documentation, and guidance to business users.
- Identify opportunities for automation, reporting optimization, and advanced analytics to improve Customer MDM operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics/data/database management/data quality reporting in complex enterprise environments (or related role).
- Understanding of Customer Master Data Management (MDM), Customer 360, and data quality management (preferred in healthcare/pharmaceutical/other regulated industries).

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on SQL experience analyzing large, complex datasets; Snowflake experience and Python knowledge preferred.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.
- Data modeling and data warehousing knowledge (cleansing, transformation, integration, validation).
- Partnering experience with Product, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Data Governance teams (MDM and downstream systems like CRM/analytics).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex/sensitive insights to non-technical stakeholders.
