Dairy Territory Account Manager, US Farm Animal (Territory: Pasco, WA)
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and provide valuable solutions through Elanco products (customer-centric interactions).
- Conduct territory planning and analysis (account planning and budget management) to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with effective internal/external communication to drive shared goals.
- Identify and advance business opportunities by understanding complex customers and influencers in the Dairy industry.
- Maintain a data-driven approach by benchmarking and actively listening to customer needs to drive results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience and knowledge of the Dairy industry.
- Prior experience in Veterinary and/or Nutritional professions/industry.
- Prior sales experience in the Dairy industry.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no anticipated visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B or TN).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Dairy industry sales experience.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Passion for animal agriculture/Dairy.
- Familiarity with dairy management and feeding software (or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with dairy sustainability and carbon markets (or willingness to learn).
