Role: Cybersecurity Architect responsible for developing and executing Agilent's enterprise cybersecurity strategy, with a focus on digital transformation and AI adoption. Responsibilities include creating security roadmaps, evaluating emerging threats and technologies, defining target-state architectures, and advising on security aspects of key initiatives, including AI governance and risk management. Collaborates with IT, security, and business teams to embed security into technology decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Leads the development of secure AI strategies, assesses risks related to AI and machine learning, and provides strategic guidance to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; 10+ years in cybersecurity, security architecture, or enterprise architecture; experience in security strategy development, technology standards, and regulations; strong understanding of security fundamentals and AI security risks; excellent stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), industry standards (NIST, ISO, CIS), regulated sectors (healthcare, manufacturing), and certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
