CVIS / SI Finance Manager

Role: Senior Finance Manager for USCAN CVIS/SI segment, responsible for global finance processes including P&L management, forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation. Objectives: support growth and margin expansion through detailed financial analysis and strategic insights. Responsibilities: develop comprehensive P&L models at segment and sub-modality levels, partner with FP&A and global leaders to analyze key drivers like volume, pricing, and costs, and support planning, closing, and reporting activities. Also oversee cost analytics, headcount, and tradeoff assessments to optimize capital allocation, and provide analytical support for market trends, deal analysis, and competitive intelligence. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 5+ years of relevant experience or OFLP graduate with 4+ years. Skills include strong communication, critical thinking, financial systems proficiency (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Excel), and experience working in global, matrixed environments. Preferred: demonstrated project leadership, adaptability, and ability to link financial results with operational drivers.
