Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by accurately identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Representatives to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes for the customer team, ensuring continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% of the time to support team and customer engagement activities (may require occasional overnight stays; details discussed in interview).

Qualifications and Attributes:
- Proven ability to cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and agility.
- Navigate ambiguity; communicate clearly and transparently to adapt customer engagement models.
- Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building through active listening.
- Expertise in account planning and management; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in the Cardiovascular sector.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (prescription processes, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Skilled in coaching sales professionals in Managed Care; partner with IDNs and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficient in leveraging business analytics/technology to develop and execute strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) and minimum 5 yearsโ€™ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- MBA or MS in Science/Business/Healthcare.
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Previous Field Sales Management experience in Cardiovascular.
- Analytical mindset; coaching teams to use tools/technology.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industries; strong customer relationship/network building.
