Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training and people-related processes to ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% to support team and customer engagement activities (occasionally overnight; details discussed in interview).

Qualifications and Attributes
- Ability to build and lead a motivated, high-performing sales team (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Demonstrated leadership through change and challenges using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and trust-building.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with clear, transparent communication to adapt customer engagement models.
- Customer-focused mindset; strong listening and relationship building.
- Account planning/management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Rx Pathways knowledge (providers, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Managed care coaching experience; partnership with IDNs and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Use business analytics/technology for insights, strategy, execution, and coaching.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and at least 5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- MBA or MS in Science/Business/Healthcare.
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/influential customers in large practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Field Sales Management experience; Cardiovascular focus.
- Sales leadership and coaching using tools/technology to gather customer insights.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industries.
- Strong relationship/networking skills.
