Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Representatives to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes for the customer team to ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% of the time (overnights occasionally) to support team and customer engagement activities; specifics may be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications and Attributes:
- Proven ability to cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and agility; builds trust and openness.
- Communicates clearly and adapts customer engagement models in the Cardiovascular market and beyond.
- Customer-focused mindset; actively listens to understand objectives and build relationships.
- Expertise in account planning and management; collaborates with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in the Cardiovascular sector.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (providers, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Coaches sales professionals in Managed Care; partners with IDN and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficient in business analytics and technology to generate insights, develop strategies, and execute plans.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) and at least 5 yearsโ€™ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- MBA or MS in Science/Business/Healthcare.
- At least 3 years working with key thought leaders/influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Field Sales Management experience; Cardiovascular market experience.
- Analytical mindset; experience coaching teams to use tools/technology for insights.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industries.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships and networks within customer organizations.
