Customer Team Leader (CTL) — field-based sales management for the Orlando district (Orlando, Kissimmee, Port Saint Lucie, Vero Beach, Melbourne, FL).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and people-related processes to support continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned to organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% (overnights may be required) to support team and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and agility.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly to adapt customer engagement models.
- Customer-focused mindset; active listening and relationship building.
- Account planning/management experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Rx Pathways knowledge (prescription processes, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Experience coaching sales teams in Managed Care environments and partnering with IDNs and Account Management.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Use business analytics/technology to generate insights and execute strategies.
Required:
- BA/BS and at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- MBA or MS; 3+ years working with thought leaders/influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Field Sales Management experience (Cardiovascular preferred).
