Customer Team Leader (CTL) — field-based sales management role responsible for the Oklahoma district (Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Wichita, Edmond, Broken Arrow). Travel at least 15% of the time (may include occasional overnight stays).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve representatives’ skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training and manage people-related processes to ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications & Attributes
- Ability to build and lead a motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong situational leadership using coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and trust-building during change.
- Confidently navigate ambiguity; communicate clearly and transparently.
- Customer-focused mindset, active listening, and relationship building.
- Account planning/management experience; cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in Cardiovascular.
- Knowledge of Rx Pathways (prescription processes, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Coaching experience in Managed Care environments; partnership with IDNs and Account Management.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Ability to leverage business analytics/technology to generate insights and coach teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- MBA or MS (Science/Business/Healthcare).
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/influential customers (large group practices, hospitals, or managed care).
- Prior Field Sales Management experience; cardiovascular/biopharma/med device sales leadership.
