Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by accurately identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Representatives to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes for the customer team, ensuring continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% of the time (occasional overnight stays may be required).

Qualifications and Attributes
- Proven ability to cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales team culture, preferably with Cardiovascular therapeutic area experience.
- Strong leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and ability to foster trust during transition.
- Navigate ambiguity with clear, transparent communication to adapt customer engagement models.
- Customer-focused mindset; actively listen to understand objectives and build relationships.
- Expertise in account planning and management; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in Cardiovascular.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways: prescription processes, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, and prior authorization.
- Experience coaching sales professionals in Managed Care environments; partner with IDN and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading successful product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficient in business analytics/technology to generate insights and execute strategies.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) and at least 5 yearsโ€™ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- MBA or MS (Science/Business/Healthcare).
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders or influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.
- Prior Field Sales Management experience; experience managing/leading/coaching sales teams in Cardiovascular.
- Strong analytical mindset; coach teams to use tools/technology for customer insights.
- Experience selling leading teams in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships within customer organizations.
