Customer Team Leader (CTL) β€” field-based sales management for the New York City district (NYC, The Bronx, Yonkers, Poughkeepsie, New Rochelle).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Coach and guide team members to improve skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training and people processes; ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned to organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% (may include occasional overnight stays).

Qualifications & Attributes
- Proven ability to build a high-performing, motivated sales culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Leadership through change/challenges using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset.
- Communicate clearly in ambiguity; customer-focused listening and relationship building.
- Account planning/management; cross-functional collaboration.
- Rx Pathways understanding (providers, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Coaching experience for Managed Care environments; partnering with IDNs and Account Management.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets; leverage analytics/technology to generate insights and execute plans.

Required Skills/Experience
- BA/BS + 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care (Pharmaceutical industry).
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- MBA or MS (Science/Business/Healthcare).
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/influential customers (large group practices, hospitals, managed care).
- Field Sales Management experience; Cardiovascular sales leadership.
- Strong analytics mindset; pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.

- Annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off).
- Salary range: $173,200–$272,600.
