Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Coach and guide Customer Representatives to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes to ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% of the time to support team and customer engagement activities (may occasionally require overnight stays; details discussed in interview).

Qualifications & Attributes:
- Proven ability to cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Leadership through change and challenges using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; foster trust and a growth mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly to adapt customer engagement models in the Cardiovascular market.
- Customer-focused mindset; actively listen to understand objectives and build relationships.
- Account planning and management; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in the Cardiovascular sector.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (prescription processes, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Coach sales professionals to navigate Managed Care and partner with IDNs and Account Management.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Use business analytics/technology to generate insights and execute plans; coach teams to use these tools effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) and at least 5 yearsโ€™ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- MBA or MS in Science, Business, or Healthcare.
- At least 3 years working with key thought leaders/influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Field Sales Management experience; experience leading Cardiovascular teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; experience leveraging tools/technology for customer insights.
- Experience selling and leading in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
