Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Representatives to improve skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes for the customer team to ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% of the time (may include occasional overnight stays) to support team and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Attributes:
- Proven ability to build a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong leadership through change/challenges using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset.
- Communicate clearly and adapt customer engagement models in the Cardiovascular market.
- Customer-focused mindset; active listening to understand objectives and build relationships.
- Expertise in account planning and management; collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in Cardiovascular.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (providers, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Ability to coach sales professionals in Managed Care; partner with IDNs and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading successful product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficient using business analytics/technology to generate insights and coach execution.

Required Skills/Experience:
- BA/BS and minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- MBA or MS (Science/Business/Healthcare).
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/influential customers in large practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Field Sales Management experience; Cardiovascular market experience.
- Experience coaching use of tools/technology for customer insights.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device.
- Ability to establish/maintain customer networks.
