Role Summary

The Customer Supply Chain Manager - Amazon is a vital link to optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on customer collaboration, service excellence, and cost efficiency. This role facilitates the supply chain interface between Haleon and Amazon, ensuring seamless product flow, high service levels, and strategic partnership development.

Location: Hybrid-based in Warren, NJ with 3 days in office required.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with customer supply chain teams to understand their needs, participate in joint business planning, and resolve operational issues.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customers to develop accurate demand forecasts, manage promotional volumes, and minimize out-of-stocks or excess inventory.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as case fill rate, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in supply chain projects such as new product launches, system upgrades, or network optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning, IT, Finance) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Required: 5 years of experience in customer supply chain, customer operations, retail logistics, or eCommerce Operations.
  • Required: Experience working in CPG, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or similar high-volume environments.
  • Required: Proven track record maintaining positive customer relationships and delivering supply chain solutions.
  • Required: Analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Required: Prior responsibility for OTIF, fill rate, forecast accuracy, order management, or inventory availability.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred: Retail Logistics / eCommerce operations experience with Amazon.
  • Preferred: SAP experience.
  • Preferred: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferred: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Preferred: Ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
