Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donor and machine during procedures, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data in electronic systems, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow SOPs and safety policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience in healthcare or related field; ability to perform basic math; strong attention to safety protocols.
