Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing, monitoring, and concluding the donor pheresis process while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance. Responsibilities: set up and operate autopheresis equipment, monitor donors for reactions, respond to alarms, document incidents and donor data via PDA, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure availability of supplies; may also be cross-trained in other roles. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of relevant work experience, preferably in medical or health services; basic math skills.
