Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Operates and monitors pheresis machines to ensure donor blood collection processes are performed safely and accurately. Responsibilities: prepare equipment, oversee donor and process, respond to alarms, record incidents via PDA, link equipment data to donor records, notify supervisors of flow issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure a clean, safe environment while adhering to HSE/OSHA policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' medical or health provider experience or related education; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment.
