Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Blood donor pheresis technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the donor, equipment, and environment during the pheresis process. Objectives include ensuring donor safety, accurate process execution, and compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Responsibilities: prepare donor and equipment, monitor process and respond to alarms, disconnect donors upon completion, document incidents and donor data electronically, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months' experience, preferably in medical or health services; basic math skills. Preferred skills or qualifications are not specified.
