Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment and monitoring donors during the process. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donor and process alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, document incidents using PDA, ensure data accuracy in electronic systems, maintain a clean and safe environment, and follow SOPs and safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months' experience in medical or health-related settings, basic math skills, ability to follow instructions, manual dexterity, and physical capacity to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. High-Value: Focus on blood/plasma pheresis, donor monitoring, data recording, and safety; working in a blood center environment with exposure to hazardous chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and requiring PPE. Work setup: Overtime and extended hours may be required; pay range $18.98-$26.57/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
