Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Donor Apheresis Technician responsible for preparing donors, equipment, and monitoring the pheresis process in a blood collection or immunotherapy setting. Responsibilities include ensuring proper setup, real-time process monitoring, responding to alarms, disconnecting donors post-procedure, documenting incidents and donor data accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment following HSE and OSHA policies. May be cross-trained across areas and could require bilingual skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or medical environments; basic math skills.
