Under limited supervision, cultivates established relationships with customers and advises the Sales team on all account activity, with strong communication between the organization and customers. Works with subordinate and executive management across Distribution, Logistics, Order Processing, Contracts, Pricing, and Manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
- Works internally and externally to ensure orders are submitted, received, processed, and shipped.
- Manages customer product portfolio and transactional data via the customer’s vendor web portal when applicable.
- Works with Sales, Order Management, and Business Analytics on product availability based on customer requests/requirements.
- Works directly with customers on product setups; provides necessary documentation or enters via customer web portal when applicable.
- Works with the outside sales team as needed to ensure customer service success.
- Provides reports and documents internally and externally on a routine and ad hoc basis.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in failure to supply penalty research.
- Provide order tracking to customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Required).
- Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service; 3+ years in Analytics.
- Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
