Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the global customer mastering program.
- Partner with IT and stakeholders on commercial data governance (including data cataloguing with Collibra).
- Work with data stewards to execute data change requests and data quality initiatives.
- Support integrations with CRM and other systems relying on customer MDM; act as data product owner for healthcare entity data in Vertex CRM.
- Facilitate loading of HCO/HCP data into MDM and downstream systems (including CRM).
- Partner with Data, Technology, and Engineering (DTE) to execute technology initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor organizations supporting MDM and CRM.
- Train internal teams on MDM processes and procedures.
Knowledge And Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Typically 5 years’ direct experience with pharmaceutical data (sourcing, integration, analysis, reporting) and/or 4–6 years relevant life sciences/healthcare experience.
- Extensive MDM knowledge; experience implementing/managing Informatica MDM or other on-prem/cloud MDM.
- Effective cross-functional communication; comfortable with data, databases, and systems.
- Familiarity with CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), databases/data warehouses (Oracle/Snowflake), SQL, project planning, agile, JIRA/ServiceNow, and performance metrics/reporting.
- Experience with data governance, data stewardship, and managing data vendors.
- Understanding of legal/regulatory requirements for sensitive PHI/PII and compliance data (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH, Sunshine Act).
- Ability to clarify vague problems, take pragmatic approaches, and deliver service.
Pay Range
- $137,600–$206,400; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
