Role: In-Field Customer Application Specialist supporting Agilent’s Pathology and Genomics Solutions in PA, DE, and WV, focusing on pre- and post-sales technical consultation, customer training, and assay optimization. Responsibilities: partner with sales to drive growth, support product installations, deliver troubleshooting and technical support, and provide customer feedback for product development. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, 1–2 years supporting pathology/genomics instruments, with expertise in IHC, Stains, H&E, and Molecular ISH/FISH; strong communication skills; valid driver’s license; able to travel up to 75%. High-Value: pathology/genomics workflows, immunohistochemistry, molecular techniques, hands-on laboratory activities, remote and on-site support, within a remote work setup. WorkSetup: remote/home-based, with extensive travel within territory.
