Custodian (Bilingual)

Role: Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of a collection center. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, furniture, windows, and appliances; minor repairs like changing light bulbs, painting, plumbing, and carpentry; monitoring grounds and parking lots; assisting with recycling and shipping materials; inspecting/restocking restrooms; handling supply logistics; and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 months custodial experience preferred; ability to follow instructions, see and speak with customers, and observe equipment; physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds; manual dexterity; adaptability to fast-paced environment; exposure to chemicals and hazards requiring PPE; overtime availability.
