Counsel, US Market Access and Operations

Role: Legal Counsel supporting U.S. Market Access and Commercial Operations for Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine and future assets. Responsibilities: provide legal guidance on fraud, abuse, antitrust laws; advise on contracts with wholesalers, retailers, GPOs, and large employers; support pricing strategies, government price reporting, and federal procurement responses; counsel on digital platform launch, state licensure, and supply chain regulations; collaborate with Compliance to mitigate risks and develop SOPs. Requirements: JD, admitted to bar in at least one jurisdiction; 8+ years supporting pharma or biotech legal functions. Preferred: experience with pharmaceutical marketed products, complex contract negotiation, US payor contracting, government contracting, and pricing/reimbursement issues; familiarity with vaccines advantageous. High-Value: U.S. market access, pricing, government reporting, digital health, pharma regulation, and supply chain compliance.
