Counsel, Global Product Development

Role: Provide strategic legal counsel for Bristol Myers Squibb's global product development activities, focusing on pharmaceutical and biologics pipeline transactions. Responsibilities: advise senior management on high-value, complex agreements including collaboration, licensing, manufacturing, and M&A; negotiate, draft, and support legal due diligence and integration efforts; collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation and intellectual property strategies; lead process improvements in transactional legal support.
