Cost Productivity Specialist

Role: Cost Productivity Specialist supporting enterprise transformation initiatives through financial governance, forecasting, planning, and analytics. Responsibilities: lead key governance activities for financials, consolidate transformation costs and savings, partner with FP&A, Controllership, HR, External Reporting, and PMO teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting, support financial modeling for transformation impacts, and prepare leadership materials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years of finance or accounting experience in private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred: Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; experience with financial planning, reporting cycles, and advanced financial modeling; strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. High-Value: focus on enterprise transformation, financial modeling of costs and savings, collaboration with multiple corporate functions, and experience in a large, global corporate environment. Work Setup: On-site at Maplewood, MN, with up to 5% travel; no relocation authorized.
