Cost Productivity Specialist

Role: Cost Productivity Specialist supporting enterprise transformation initiatives through financial governance, forecasting, and analytics. Responsibilities: lead governance activities such as quarterly balance sheet reviews, partner with FP&A, Controllership, HR, and PMO to track transformation costs, savings, cash impacts, and ensure accurate reporting; develop financial models for costs, savings, cash flow, and stranded costs; support internal and external financial reporting, including restructuring disclosures; consolidate inputs across planning cycles; communicate updates to senior leadership. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in finance or accounting in private, public, government, or military sectors; strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience supporting financial planning and reporting cycles; excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Preferred: master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; experience in biopharma or corporate transformation projects.
