Cost Accounting Manager

Role: Cost & Collaboration Accounting Manager supporting cost, inventory, CMC R&D, and in-licensing collaboration transaction accounting. Responsibilities include managing month-end closing, cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, balance sheet and income statement flux analysis, process improvements, and overseeing audit and SOX compliance. No supervisory duties. Requirements: BS/BA with 7+ years or MS/MA with 5+ years in auditing, accounting, or cost accounting; CPA preferred; experience in pharma/biotech industries highly valued. Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; SAP knowledge preferred. High-Value: experience with pharma/collaboration accounting, inventory, CMC R&D costs, in-licensing accounts, SOX compliance, audit support. Work setup: primarily office-based, no travel required.
