Role: Senior Contracts Attorney leading the company's contracting strategy and negotiations across clinical, development, manufacturing, and commercial activities. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements such as clinical trial, vendor, partnership, and license contracts; establishing and improving contract lifecycle processes; providing practical legal guidance to clinical operations; collaborating with compliance to ensure regulatory alignment; and leveraging AI tools to enhance legal operations. Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active U.S. bar membership, 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or regulated life sciences; expert in commercial agreement negotiation, with experience in clinical development contracting highly valued. Skills: strong business judgment, risk assessment, and ability to provide pragmatic advice; proficiency with AI and legal technology; experience in building or maintaining contracting frameworks.
