Corporate Counsel/Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts

Role: Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Commercial Contracts to support Beam Therapeutics' transition to a commercial-stage biotech. Responsibilities: negotiate complex agreements including commercial contracts with treatment centers, channel partners, and manufacturers; review legal aspects of pre-commercial activities such as advisory boards and patient engagement; support promotional material review; manage lifecycle of commercial, medical, manufacturing agreements; update contracting standards and playbooks; draft and negotiate clinical trial, material transfer, research, and NDA agreements. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school, admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; 5+ years in biotech contracting, preferably with cell and gene therapy companies; strong negotiation, multitasking, and risk management skills; high integrity and professional ethics; excellent communication. Preferred: experience advising medical and commercial teams on legal/regulatory issues, healthcare law knowledge, and service on promotional review committees.
