Corporate Counsel, Operations Legal

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on compliance, regulatory, and business operations matters; partner with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and support ethical, compliant business decisions.
- Interpret evolving U.S. laws and regulations for practical advisory.
- Communicate legal concepts in clear, business-relevant language to cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on projects, contracts, or investigations impacting business strategy.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of services agreements related to manufacturing operations.
- Support manufacturing facility transactions, including legal due diligence, cross-functional coordination for operational readiness, and post-close integration support to align acquired facilities with company standards, contracts, and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in job location.
- 1+ years of relevant legal experience; some in-house or healthcare compliance experience preferred.

Preferred:
- 3+ years of legal experience; some in-house or healthcare compliance experience preferred.
- Exposure to biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences compliance topics.
- Strong legal writing, research, and communications skills.
- Interest in growing a legal career in a complex, global organization.
