Corporate Counsel, Operations Legal

Role: Corporate Counsel supporting AbbVie's Operations functions, including transformation initiatives and manufacturing transactions. Responsibilities: provide legal counsel on compliance, regulatory, and business operations; draft and negotiate manufacturing service agreements; support manufacturing facility transactions through legal due diligence, integration, and post-close alignment. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school; active license in applicable jurisdiction; 1+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with healthcare or biopharma exposure. Preferred: 3+ years of legal experience, in-house or healthcare compliance background; familiarity with biopharma, life sciences, or healthcare regulations; strong legal communication skills.
