Corporate Counsel

Role: Corporate Counsel supporting Neurocrine Biosciences' legal affairs related to corporate functions and business operations. Responsibilities: provide legal advice on complex matters including clinical development, research activities, business development, licensing, collaborations, and compliance; draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (e.g., confidentiality, clinical trial, licensing); support corporate transactions and ensure alignment with company policies; collaborate with stakeholders, manage legal risks, and assist in developing legal templates and processes. Requirements: JD degree; 6+ years of legal practice, preferably with experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or reputable law firms; active law license; knowledge of corporate contracting, biotech or pharma industry practices, and data governance (preferred); strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to operate independently and handle multiple priorities.
