Corporate Counsel

Role: Corporate Counsel supporting Neurocrine Biosciences' legal needs across clinical development, research, and corporate operations. Responsibilities: advise on complex legal matters, draft and negotiate a range of agreements including clinical trial contracts, vendor and licensing agreements; support business development, alliance management, and compliance initiatives; collaborate with internal teams, monitor legal risks, and assist in developing legal templates and processes. Requirements: JD degree, 6+ years legal experience in law firms and/or in-house within life sciences; active law license; knowledge of corporate contracts, clinical research, and biotech/pharma transactions; strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills; ability to operate independently and assess complex legal issues. Preferred: experience supporting clinical research or pharmaceutical/biotech activities.
