Corporate Controller

Role: Corporate Controller leading accounting operations and financial reporting for a biopharma-centric metabolomics company. Objectives: ensure accurate financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP supporting company growth. Responsibilities: oversee general ledger, month-end/ year-end close, consolidations, and external audits; manage international and multi-entity accounting; partner with HR on payroll and tax matters; develop and improve accounting systems, policies, and controls; communicate financial results to senior leadership and the Board. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA license; 10+ years' progressive finance experience, including leadership roles; experience in professional services or biotech/life sciences industries preferred; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting; proficiency in Sage Intacct; prior experience with international accounting and multi-entity structures.
