Role: M&A Corporate & Business Development Associate supporting all aspects of acquisition lifecycle, strategic evaluation, deal origination, and execution within biopharma-related sectors. Responsibilities: conduct market and target analyses, develop valuation models, support due diligence and deal coordination, monitor competitor and industry trends; collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements: 5+ years experience in business consulting, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development; proficient in financial modeling, secondary and primary research; strong understanding of biopharma, cell and gene therapy, genomics, and diagnostics; credible in industry trend discussions. High-Value: biopharma focus, cell and gene therapies, genomics, clinical diagnostics; full lifecycle M&A experience, valuation, due diligence, and deal closing expertise; location flexible USA; occasional travel.
