Role: Controlling & Inventory Finance Manager within Johnson & Johnson's IMFT Technology & Data Solutions. Objectives: support the global finance transformation for Controlling and Inventory processes, particularly in MAKE and R&D areas, through ERP/S4Hana deployment. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional discussions, collaborate with process owners and technical teams to capture requirements, support design, build, testing, and deployment of future-state finance processes, and ensure system alignment with business needs. Qualifications: university degree in Finance or Economics; minimum 5 years' finance experience, preferably in supply chain, R&D, or manufacturing; expertise in costing, inventory, plant accounting, process development, and digital tools (e.g., SAP ERP, PowerBI). Preferred skills include project management and digital tool proficiency. High-Value: involvement in global ERP implementation (S4Hana), focus on controlling and inventory in a biopharma context, supporting digital transformation of finance operations, with potential locations in North America, Europe, and Mexico; remote work possible. Collaboration: work with global process owners, technical teams, and deployment groups across multiple countries.
