Contracts Manager II

Role: Contracts Manager II supporting Exelixis' research, development, and supply chain functions through drafting, negotiating, and managing various contracts. Responsibilities: handle confidentiality agreements, research and clinical study agreements, vendor services, advise on contractual risks, track contract statuses, and support internal legal tasks. Requirements: BS/BA with 7+ years related experience or JD, with 2-3 years in biotech or pharma contract management; strong understanding of contract processes; effective cross-functional collaboration skills; detail-oriented and able to prioritize under deadlines. Preferred: knowledge of drug discovery/development, intellectual property, and pharmaceutical contracting risks; excellent communication and computer skills.
