Contracts Associate

Role: Contracts Associate supporting BioMarin's Legal Department in managing enterprise-wide contractual processes. Responsibilities: draft, negotiate, and track a high volume of agreements including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and amendments; ensure compliance with policies; serve as liaison among legal, procurement, and business units; and support process improvements and training. Requirements: bachelor's degree; detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work onsite at least two days/week. Preferred: prior contracts administration experience, legal coursework, or biotech/biopharma industry familiarity; experience with CLM systems like Icertis or SAP Ariba.
