Consolidations Manager

Role: Consolidations Manager overseeing global financial consolidation processes for a multinational biopharma manufacturing organization. Responsibilities: manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations from domestic and international subsidiaries; review and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, corporate policies, and reporting timelines; prepare and review consolidation entries including eliminations and foreign currency translation; resolve reporting issues; improve consolidation efficiency; support SEC filings and integration of new entities; maintain internal controls and collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with public company exposure; CPA preferred; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 810, 830); proficiency with consolidation systems (OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik); advanced Excel skills; excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
