Computational Analyst (Neuroscience) β Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week, 2 days WFH/remote), Cambridge, MA
Key Responsibilities
- Work with computational biologists/bioinformaticians to implement and execute integration/analysis of high-dimensional OMICS data (genetics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) for target discovery and project support using pre-clinical and clinical data.
- Refine and extend analysis workflows for data analysis, data visualization, and data tools (e.g., R Shiny) in collaboration with bioinformatics engineers.
- Communicate results to cross-functional teams verbally and in writing, supported by static and interactive data visualization.
Qualifications
- MS in Bioinformatics, (Bio)statistics, (Bio)Mathematics, or related; plus 1 year experience analyzing at least one OMICS modality (genetics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) from raw data to finished results.
- Within academic/industry experience: coding in R or Python; interactive/static data visualization using R/R Shiny or Python; statistical analyses, experiment design, regression, and modeling.
- Alternative: BS plus 3 years with the same OMICS and skills; must also translate results (including informative visualization) for non-technical written/oral presentations.

- $126,278.99β$142,500.00/year.
