Patient Advocacy
Main Responsibilities
- Align with cross-functional colleagues to orchestrate resources with Hemophilia Chapters and Foundations.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with Chapter/Foundation Executive Directors and staff, Social Workers at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, and the bleeding disorder community.
- Assist with execution of Hemophilia Chapter Service agreements (e.g., annual budget plan and recommendations) when requested.
- Engage in on-label conversations (product, disease state, company) at appropriate venues.
- Execute on-label approved programming as directed.
- Collaborate with field and patient support teams to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness; serve as a single point-of-contact for Chapter/community issues.
- Plan and execute compliant Chapter engagements and executive encounters at local/regional/national conferences and field visits.

Market Insights
- Capture feedback from the community and Chapters; obtain feedback on brand-related strategies/materials.
- Provide competitive intelligence and participate on cross-functional brand teams.
- Facilitate planning and execution of educational programs and capture feedback to inform brand decisions.

Education and Engagement
- Plan and execute regional/national speaking engagements; deliver formal and informal presentations of complex clinical information compliantly.
- Collaborate with commercial and Patient Support Services stakeholders.
- Manage Specialty Pharmacy relationships and educational programming with SP partners.
- Create/update educational content; meet 1:1 with patients and caregivers.
- Use CRM to manage territory and HCP/patient activities.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent presentation/platform skills.
- 3+ years pharma/biotech experience (NP clinical experience in rare disease/rare blood disorders may substitute).
- Demonstrated leadership; strong organization and project management/analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute plans under tight timelines; ability to travel (60–80%); valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within assigned territory (or reasonable distance per leadership).

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Hemophilia experience; product launch; Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Bilingual/Spanish (highly desirable).
